Company History

Since 2011, Do It Right Roofing has been protecting the homes and businesses of the greater South Sound area with high-quality lifetime roofing systems. We are a licensed, bonded, and insured family-owned and operated business founded by father and son team Robert and Garrett Willey. Specializing in residential, commercial, and metal roof products, we install new roofs that protect our customers’ families and homes, keeping them safe and dry for 40 to 50 years or more.

As a Christian faith-based company and individuals, we strive for our faith and values to resonate with those that work with us. We believe that our work is our witness, representing Jesus Christ to the world around us, a value we feel is reflected in the integrity and quality of both our service and workmanship. Garrett Willey

Owner & President

Garrett is the Owner and President of Do It Right Roofing, driven by a passion for service and continuous improvement. With nearly a decade of experience in the construction industry, including roles as a General Contractor, Real Estate Investor, Electrical Contractor, and Home Inspector, Garrett leads his team with a commitment to integrity and excellence.

His “why” goes beyond roofing—Garrett finds fulfillment in mentoring others and making a positive impact on both his team and clients. He follows the principle of Kaizen, always working to improve systems, services, and relationships. Rooted in faith and strong values, Garrett ensures every project is done with care and lasting quality.

Outside of roofing, Garrett has served as an Executive Officer in the U.S. Army Reserves and a High School Teacher, adding to his diverse leadership background.

Angela Willey

Owner & VP Operations

Angela is the driving force behind Do It Right Roofing, bringing a blend of entrepreneurial spirit and hands-on expertise to her role as Owner and VP of Operations. With a background in business and a passion for quality service, Angela ensures every project is completed with precision and care, prioritizing the protection and satisfaction of each client’s home.

Beyond roofing, Angela is a dedicated entrepreneur with a love for wellness and holistic living. She’s also an independent distributor of Young Living Essential Oils, where she shares her passion for natural health solutions. Her multifaceted approach to business and life reflects her commitment to helping others in every way she can.

When she’s not running operations or exploring new business ventures, Angela enjoys spending time with her family and being an active part of the community. Her dedication to both her professional work and personal interests shines through in everything she does.

Brad Rhame

Roofing Advisor

Brad is a dedicated team member at Do It Right Roofing who brings not just skill, but also a passion for connecting with people. Outside of work, Brad cherishes time spent with his family, whom he considers his greatest blessing and biggest supporters. When he’s not with them, you’ll find him practicing martial arts, riding his motorcycles, or capturing the beauty of nature through photography.

Brad is also an avid reader and writer, and he enjoys watching movies in his downtime. One of his proudest accomplishments is his ability to truly listen to others and give them space to tell their stories, something he values in both his personal and professional life.

Jade Cristobal

Project Assistant

Julius Jade B. Cristobal is a licensed civil engineer with a strong focus on estimation and operations. Recently passing the civil engineering licensure examination, Julius has honed his expertise in meticulous planning and execution, making him an invaluable asset to the Do It Right Roofing team. His role as an estimator demands precision, and Julius takes pride in delivering accurate estimates that set the foundation for successful projects. His passion for precision ensures that every project is approached with care and a dedication to quality.

Beyond his technical skills, Julius brings a thoughtful and measured approach to his work, always striving to improve processes and streamline operations. He is constantly exploring new technologies and methods to enhance his work and the overall efficiency of the team. His ability to combine practical engineering knowledge with innovative thinking has allowed him to contribute greatly to the company’s success.

Outside of the office, Julius enjoys spending his time gaming, traveling, and discovering new interests. Whether he’s exploring a new destination or diving into the world of gaming, Julius embraces new challenges and experiences with the same enthusiasm and commitment that he brings to his professional life.

Renz Brillantes

Project Assistant

Renz is a young and ambitious Civil Engineer with a diverse background in General Construction and Public Service, particularly during the pandemic. During that time, he honed his skills in managing large-scale projects and ensuring efficient operations under challenging circumstances. As the world reopened, Renz shifted his focus to providing seamless and effective management solutions for construction companies beyond the Philippines, embracing a global perspective in the industry.

Currently, Renz is expanding his expertise in Business Development and Operations Management, working towards building a solid structure for remote operations. He leads a dynamic team of young Filipino professionals, all driven by the goal of revolutionizing the construction industry through innovative management practices. Renz is committed to leveraging his skills to help Do It Right Roofing optimize its processes and achieve project goals with efficiency and excellence.

Beyond his professional life, Renz is passionate about gaming and traveling. These interests inspire creativity and provide him with a broader outlook on management and problem-solving, allowing him to bring fresh ideas and innovative solutions to his work in construction management.

Renée Warren

Executive Assistant

Renée is a full-time student pursuing her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine, with a Bachelor of Biomedical Sciences expected in Spring 2025. Passionate about both academics and adventure, Renée balances her studies with a love for travel, making it a point to take at least one international trip and one road trip every year. Her happiest moments are spent with her friends, family, and her beloved menagerie of animals.

Since 2022, Renée has been the executive administrative assistant at Do It Right Roofing, where she expertly supports the team while managing her academic pursuits. Her dedication, both in the office and in her studies, reflects her commitment to excellence in everything she does.

Marla Reid

Administrative Assistant

Marla is a proud Jamaican with a deep faith in Christ Jesus, which guides her every step in life. As a devoted mother of three, she is committed to providing her children with the opportunities and adventures she didn’t have, dreaming of traveling the world and exploring new experiences with them. Her spiritual journey is central to her life, and she eagerly anticipates the future that God has planned for her and her beautiful family.

Professionally, Marla is a registered travel agent and certified administrator, balancing her ambition with her love for family and faith. She is driven by a passion to fulfill her lifelong dream of running a business she envisioned as a child. Her kind, caring, and joyful nature shines through in everything she does, whether it’s in her work or in her interactions with others.

Beyond her professional life, Marla is passionate about cooking, singing, dancing, and helping those around her. Her mission is to fulfill God’s purpose, creating a better life for her children while supporting her extended family in achieving their own dreams. Inspired by the principles of Philippians 4:13 and Matthew 6:33, Marla lives a life rooted in faith, purpose, and unwavering love for her family and community.

Megan Racine

Manager of Systems & Safety

Megan brings vibrant energy and dedication to her role as Manager of Systems and Safety at Do It Right Roofing. At just 21, she has a natural affinity for connecting with others, driven by her family-oriented values and passion for serving people. Megan’s approach emphasizes ensuring that every customer feels heard, respected, and fully confident in the work being done. Her favorite part of the job is speaking with customers and making sure their needs are met with the highest level of care.

Outside of work, Megan is an outdoor enthusiast, embracing activities such as rock climbing, snowboarding, and hiking. During the off-season, she channels her creativity through sewing, knitting, and practicing yoga. Her active lifestyle and genuine love for people contribute to the warm, supportive environment she helps foster at Do It Right Roofing.

Marketing Assistant

Vince is a passionate designer and marketer from the Philippines, dedicated to helping small businesses and startups grow their brands. With a strong focus on transforming companies into thriving businesses within just six months, Vince combines his design expertise with strategic marketing to create powerful results. His mission is to support business owners in reaching new heights using his experience and skills.

When Vince isn’t working, he enjoys running, biking, and indulging in his love for classic motorcycles. His adventurous spirit fuels both his creative and personal passions.
