Roof Replacement Overview
A new roof installation, or roof replacement, is the process by which we fully remove all previous roofing material and completely replace it with a new roofing system. Unlike reroofing where a new layer of roof material is installed on top of previously existing material, roof replacements will look better, last longer, and be more effective at protecting your home!
During a roof replacement, we remove all previous materials from your roof down to the deck substrate. Once the materials have been removed, we repair any damage to the deck, apply new underlayment to prevent moisture intrusion, and then install the new roofing material.

What Roofs We Replace
We install all manner of residential and commercial roofing systems for steep and low slope roofs. This includes GAF, Malarkey, TPO, PVC, SBS Modified Granular, and an assortment of standing seam metal products for residential and commercial roofs.

Should I Get A New Roof?

Decades of inclement weather, debris, and moss can wear down a roof and its shingles over time, resulting in curling, sagging, and a variety of other issues. If your roof is looking like it is starting to show its age, it may be time to consider getting it replaced.

The condition of your roof not only impacts your curb appeal but also can drastically impact its ability to protect your home or business from the elements. Balding shingles, unwanted perforations, or moss buildup can compromise the security of your roof from pests and water damage.

The most common cause for roof replacements, active leaks are some of the most destructive problems property owners face. While the cause of leaks can usually be identified and stopped, long-term water damage to the roof underlayment can create a domino effect of future issues for your roof such as wood rot and mold.
